a. Household having old aged parents must have a different design for staircase, three side railing in restroom, easier locking mechanism and appropriate decor should be adequate to take care of their need. At the same time décor should look great and appealing.
b. Household having kids can't have the bolt lock in footer section of door.
c. If the property is next to main road where-in lot of noise is because of vehicle movement, we always recommend sound proof window.
d. Household having pet would need different kind of fabric so that it can be managed with ease.

Material procured by Folklore interiors or the material / furniture suggested by Folklore interior carries the warranty of 10 years.

Based upon the agreed timeline between Folklore interior and customer, We always try to complete our project before time so that last minute small or cosmetic changes are completed before you move in. We also provide 30 days move-in guarantee for the pre-fabricated / build at company based furniture along with other customized design at customer’s premise.

At Folklore interior, our emphasis on the quality is paramount. One of the quality criteria is also the precision. It is very hard to judge straight line in the ceiling. Most of the company uses some old aged tools and almost all the times it will be off by few millimeters. To achieve the precision we use laser based technique and digital measurement tools. We use many various latest tools in construction phase.

We use wire tracers to find the exact electrical wire line concealed into the wall so that we don’t break the wall unnecessarily.
Using light meter, the intensity of light is measured and adjusted to appropriate light intensity.
